After doing my own research online I was recommended by a friend and contacted Chris for a quote. He arrived on time ready to listen which was important to me. He measured checked and talked me through details, next day I received a formal quote, which I accepted. Work was carried out quickly due to scheduling opportunities which I was very happy with. Dale and his team turned up straight into the works and took the time to explain the stages, what was happening that day and the next. The installation was completed early the next day, Dale walked me through the mobile app and showed be the functions and the information. They showed me the changeover procedure for my generator input, explained in terms I could understand. The whole experience from start to completion of works was extremely professional everyone was polite easy to talk to and had obvious pride in their workmanship. Upon completion there was no rubbish or debris, they ensured everything was in working order, they followed up with the energy supplier, virtually a turnkey arrangement. Chris is knowledgeable communicative and actively engaged in providing a great outcome, his team, Dale and his crew, are polite, accommodating, efficient, tidy, quick and workmanship is a great reflection on their ability.
